TradePages collects the email address you submit when you subscribe to the free TradePages weekly email. We use it to send you that email and nothing else.

When you subscribe, we record your email address, the date and time of your subscription, the consent wording you were shown, and where on the site you signed up. This is your consent evidence.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. TradePages newsletter emails will include a way to unsubscribe without logging in. You can also contact us about your subscription.

If you unsubscribe, we retain your subscription record and consent history as evidence of your consent and to ensure you are not accidentally re-added to the mailing list. Suppression is based on this record, not deletion.

No email delivery provider is currently connected to TradePages. When an email delivery provider is connected, it will process email delivery on our behalf under our instructions. We will update this notice at that point.

If you verify your email and choose to complete your profile, we may also store optional details you provide, such as your first name, business name, primary trade, and broad postcode area. These help us make TradePages more useful. They are optional and not required to receive the weekly email.
